click to enlargeBorn in Hamburg/Germany, I travelled the world as a professional photographer and graphic designer before getting married in Copenhagen/Denmark and settling down in British Columbia in Canada in 2002. Having moved seven times since then, I now live near the sea in 'The City of the Arts' as it is called with my husband, cat and dog.
At a very young age I was introduced to a variety of different mediums. It was in my mother's childrens groups that I began to explore different crafts such as weaving, painting on silk, pottery, paper crafts and more. I love to work with brush, paint, oil pastels and paper and fabrics.
In my pictures and artwork I celebrate my love for nature and the sea, beauty, people, philosophy and life itself.
For three years I have also been the online facilitator of STUDIO FRIDAY which I established in 2005.
